View of Landskron Bay at the lake outlet, the cabin ski lift on the other side of the lake and the foot of Mount Gerlitzen! The sign of the town of Villach is just by the building, the center is easily accessible within a few minutes by car or Europe`s largest Chip factory Infineon. Popular school and kindergarten in Landskron, 2-3 minutes by car.
Landskron has the castle, monkey park, bird show of prey in the panoramic arena of the castle. The cruise ship ends here, a few meters away from the condominium, which takes you to the elevator (next stop). Bike path around the lake starts in front of the house and from here to Villach, then joins the Alpe-Adria international bike path or down to the Italian coast from Tarvisio to Grado (160 km). Never a dull moment around here! More than 100 programs are free with the Karintia Card (can be purchased online or at the tourist office)!
On demand, we will rent out the purchased apartment to tourists throughout the year, with full management, 13 years of local hotel and apartment operation experience, with established customer circle. In addition to the issue, unlimited personal use is also possible.
The touristic rental is not mandatory, of course, the apartments can be purchased for personal use all year round!
